Special Instructions

We operate by appointment only to ensure personalized attention during your visit. While we always welcome you, we kindly request that you call ahead to confirm our availability if you wish to stop by without an appointment. Additionally, we offer product pick-up appointments that can be conveniently scheduled online. For any inquiries or to schedule an appointment, please don't hesitate to contact us at 509-876-1164. As a friendly reminder, we kindly ask that you arrive no more than 15 minutes early for your appointment. As we do not have a dedicated front desk staff, there may be instances when we are in an appointment and the door may be locked. We want to avoid any inconvenience of waiting outside for you. When you enter, please help yourself to a beverage from the mini-fridge, restrooms are located to the right, and please feel free to have a seat and make yourself comfortable while waiting. To maintain a serene spa environment, we kindly request that no children (unless receiving a treatment) and pets are brought along. Additionally, we request that you take phone calls elsewhere to ensure a peaceful experience. Appointment Cancellations

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any penalties. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours, or in the case of a no-show, a charge equivalent to 50% of the service booked will be applied. Late Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause you to arrive late to your appointment. While we will make every effort to provide your scheduled treatment within the available time, please note that it may still incur the full charge of the scheduled treatment. In the event that you arrive too late for us to accommodate your service, it will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged 50% of the booked service, which must be paid before rescheduling. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
